Who we are
We came together in March 2020 (while staying very much apart!) with one question in mind: How can we help the industry we love?
On The Fly is a grassroots collective of business, finance, and marketing experts ready to help your hospitality business navigate the COVID-19 crisis.
As individuals, we’re founders, entrepreneurs, chowhounds, cheerleaders for Vermont’s food system, and more. Together, we’re On The Fly and we’re ready to put our heads together with you.
Proud Partners. In 2020 we were proud to partner with the Vermont Chamber of Commerce and Vermont Agency of Commerce & Community Development (ACCD). Together, we worked to steward 40+ businesses through our process in four months. We worked at no cost to the businesses we supported thanks to a grant from the ACCD and the federal Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF).
Currently, we are working to steward 12 new businesses through this process, having earned additional funding.
